** The change
in patching/rebasing order is ONLY relevant if Outlook Web Access users
create many recurring appointments from within Outlook Web Access. This is the
problem addressed by the new patching order.

Meeting service by March 3. After the update has been applied, meeting
organizers should verify and adjust the start and end times of their Live
Meetings and resend all pre-existing Live Meeting invites that fall within
extended DST period.
